We train three times a day, so getting the right nutrition and diet is key.
I have Optimizer right after every training session. Eggs on toast for brekky, salad or a sandwich for lunch, then steak and veggies for dinner.
Surfing at Mermaid Beach, at the movies or a Gold Coast coffee shop.
Be smart and focus on key sessions. It’s about racing at your best, not training your fastest.
Race at my best. Enjoy life doing it.
In Surf Lifesaving it has to be my brother (Shannon). Kelly Slater is also an inspiration.

I enjoy what I do, which makes it easy. I also set short-term goals.
