Courtney Hancock's Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of mixed frozen berries
  • 2 scoops of Endura Maintain
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbls chia seeds
  • 2 tbls low fat natural yogurt
  • 1 cup of Almond or Coconut milk

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powdered Blender and serve. If the smoothie is too thick thin out with more nut milk.
